Reiki & Pregnacy - Did you know that Reiki is absolutely safe for pregnant women! In fact, Reiki works well in helping with all stages of pregnancy including conceptionand child birth. Reiki provides emotional as well as physical support and unborn babies seem to love Reiki and will often follow the practitioner's hands around during the treatment. Reiki can help you feel relaxed, more positive, more connected and in touch with your baby. For you as a new mum, Reiki can be very relaxing and can also help with tiredness, post natal recovery and even post-natal depression. Lisa Brandis is trained in Reiki for Pregnancy and specialises in Hypnotherapy for Pregnancy and Birth.

Once your baby is born Reiki can help him or her sleep better as well as assisting with conditions such as reflux, colic, teething etc. Usually a 10 to 20 minute Reiki treatment is enough for babies as their bodies are so small. Or better still take a weekend course and learn how to channel Reiki for yourself and your family. It's easy and safe and everyone is able to learn an utilise this beautiful energy in their lives.

Reiki I Class -  Giving you the gift of attuning to, feeling and utilising an energy that will assist you in becoming personally empowered to take your heath, healing and life into your own hands.

 

Perfect for the beginner wanting to explore the wonderful healing qualities of Reiki.  In this workshop you will be attuned to a beautiful energy that will assist you in becoming personally empowered to take your health, healing and life into your own hands.  Small group.  

 

Reiki II Class - Techniques are taught to evoke more Reiki energy, send distant healing and further the emotional/mental healing process. Deepen your knowledge and understanding of Reiki Healing. Suited to those who wish to continue using Reiki for their own personal growth and healing journey, or to practice Reiki on a business level. Includes Certificate and comprehensive workbook.

 

Reiki Master Teacher Training - Reiki III or Master is the third and highest level in Reiki. You will receive a final attunement and learn to work with the fourth symbol, the Master Symbol. The amount of energy you channel with Reiki III becomes much stronger. You'll become able to teach and initiate others in Reiki, and that's why third degree Reiki is usually called Reiki master/teacher level.
